Migori Governor Okoth Obado will once again be a guest of the state after he was rearrested on Wednesday afternoon.
Obado was arrested just a day after eight unlicenced firearms were found in his Nairobi and Migori residences following a raid by EACC officers.
Five of the guns were found in Nairobi while the rest were found in Migori.
EACC has been investigating Obado over a questionable Ksh. 2 billion tender.
