From the information we have gathered from insiders, management-level administrators at 4G Capital Limited have been crossing over to Simple Pay, where the culture of treating native staff like trash is reciprocated.

At SimplePay Limited, oppression, mistreatment, and exploitation of employees is a common trend from these racist wazunguz.

We shall always protect Kenyans who have found safe solace on this platform.

We shall not stop amplifying their suppressed calls for help.

Am a former employee at simple pay capital and from the previous article it was the absolute truth that’s what happens in simple pay capital limited.

On top of that, we were forced to work on holidays and if you fail you were told to contact HR explain as to why you won’t report to work yet it’s holiday.

Even after kuwaanika they are still processing certificates to issue to unqualified staffs last week Joyce had gone to a certain place that I won’t mention to produce those certificates which you pay 15k per copy.

As for me I was fired without notice and with no payment.

I don’t think this is a legit company still paying people via mpesa.

The junior staffs are oppressed, exploited, and treated like trash yet they are the ones that bring business to the company.

On Saturday we are supposed to work half day but the RM forces the staff to work a full day.

They give no copy of the contract to employees

They are no licenses to some branches eg in our branch tulichotwa dispenser and printer.

We encourage those silently suffering SimplePay to take the bold decision and reach out to us and speak up.
