One would think that Safaricom Plc would become better as the years pass by in hiding their rot. However, it is the opposite.
MPESA Agents have sent me messages accusing the giant Telco of withholding their funds and also clawing back (taking back) some commissions that they had been paid before.
This firm whose reputation stinks to high heaven has become worse with a Kenyan on top. Is this by design or is it a preview of the worse to come?
Maybe it wasn’t by mistake that Michael Joseph referred to the late Bob Collymore as ‘a black man in a white man’s skin”. His racist comments showed his preference.
Whereas the Kikuyu Mafia pushed for their own at the helm looking into the 2022 election circle, Michael might be working with some senior management at Safaricom to have Peter Ndegwa look lame duck and incompetent to be nipped post-2022 (after election).
This is a possibility considering the numerous system outages, bad publicity (Home Fibre et) and marketing, and above all the open-stealing of a registered Utility Model which is a shame an international shame to the firm.
And what was that about winning a tender in Ethiopia? Who does that? Lying for what?
Peter Ndegwa should be wary of all these, crack th whip bro.
Run this company better than Michael Joseph and Bob Collymore, show your best.
These are some of the complaints by Safaricom Agents

Hallo Sir, Hope you are having a nice day. Was kindly requesting whether you could advocate for us (mpesa agents) by making Safaricom mpesa to release funds they are holding for a stated period of 6 months (without authority or notice) in various mpesa tills, plainly because they allude that the operators have recently been splitting deposits so as to earn more commissions. Well, we can’t fight their policies as they offer the platform for service, but them holding volumes of funds as punishment including suspension from operations is VERY EXTREME, especially now as we are facing hard times. Kindly be our voice.

Hi Nyakundi many mpesa commissions country-wide have been clawed back….Safaricom is saying its commission obtained fraudulently simply by depositing money to a customer then the customer transfers to their bank account…please advise on the way forward.

SAFARICOM STOP CONNING KENYANS
Hey. Safaricom announced that Mpesa to Bank transactions will be free. In the spirit of Fighting Covid, they told agents to minimize cash handling and embrace paperless transactions. So people operating Bank agencies resorted to buying their float directly from Mpesa. Safaricom has now stolen agents Commissions saying they were earned fraudulently. No communications, No appeal, no nothing. You just wake up in the morning and find your till suspended and your Money Locked up. Please tell this company to stop conning Kenyans.
