President Uhuru, in his state of the nation address called Upon various leaders adversely mentioned in various corruption scandals to Step aside and clear their names because corruption is making us lag behind economically and tainting the Image of the Jubilee Government. Has the Jubilee Government now woken up ? Lets hope this is not a game where these guys will be reinstated.

Mutea Iringo
I wrote an article about this guy just the other day saying his Goose is now cooked. His downfall is just a stone throw away.
Iringo is accused of giving a Sh1.5 million bribe to PAC members in a bid to influence their report on a Sh2.9 billion confidential expenditure.
Embattled Budalangi MP Ababu Namwamba, who is the chair of the suspended committee, had earlier on accused Defense PS Mutea Iringo of bribing four members of the Public Accounts Committee to alter audit reports implicating top government officials in the misuse of funds. Davis ChirChir
Chirchir is the first member of the cabinet to be directly implicated in a scandal where he used his position to steal from the public coffers.
Pressure is mounting on the Cabinet Secretary and he has tried to meet Uhuru but the president has denied him access. President Uhuru was heard saying ” I dont want to be seen by Kenyans as part of the Chicken scandal, Issues like these ones are discussed in Cabinet meetings not privately ”
Sources have confirmed that Uhuru and Ruto have decided that Chirchir be the sacrificial lamb for them to show that they are committed in the war against graft.
ISAAC HASSAN
Isaac Hassan is also implicated in the Chicken Scandal but whether he will resign or not has become a subject of debate with many people claiming that IEBC is an indepedent body. So he may stay put
Najib Balala
Keriako Tobiko called for fresh investigations against Mr Balala despite the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) calling for the bribery case to be dropped because of lack of evidence.
Cortec Mining Kenya had claimed that Mr Balala demanded a Sh80 million bribe, failure to which the company’s licence would be revoked, an accusation he has denied.
GDC CEO Silas Simiyu
The Justice and Legal Affairs Committee gave the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission until March 31 to conclude investigations into allegations of procurement irregularities worth billions of shillings at the
GDC Is under serious trouble . GDC management varied a tender for the supply of three new rigs by Sh137 million without involving the GDC board.
The committee also wants the EACC to investigate how and why 62 trucks and cranes acquired by the GDC between 2010 and 2011 at a cost of Sh400 million to move its drilling rigs have remained idle at its Menengai site.
There are many other issues being investigated too among them nepotism and favoritism.
Chris Okemo
Dr Okemo is wanted in the United Kingdom after a warrant of arrest was issued by the Chief Justice of the Island of Jersey in April 2011, who has accused him of money laundering and corruption.
The Jersey Chief Justice issued the arrest warrants over alleged “concealing of transferring the proceeds of crime amounting to Sh900 million” between 1986 and 2002. Dr Okemo was Energy minister from 1999 to 2001 and Finance minister from 2001 to 2003.
