The Kenya Population and Housing Census began yesterday at 5 pm and is scheduled to run until the end of this month.
Many Kenyans questioned the rationality of having Huduma Namba registration in the year the population and housing Census was to take place.
The self-styled NRM General Miguna Miguna has thrown his weight behind such a question.
‘Despot Uhuru Kenyatta is spending Shs 18.5 Billion public funds for census. Why did he waste more than Kshs. 10 Billion of our taxes to force people to register for the illegal Huduma Number when he could have waited to use the same funds and equipment to conduct the 2 exercises?’, Miguna posted on his Twitter account.
