Yesternight Kenya’s biggest telco Safaricom experienced a major glitch in their systems that allowed subscribers to acquire data bundles and airtime for free.
The news spread like wildfire and more and more people subscribe to the crazy data amounts, took screenshots and shared on the internet.
The glitch which also happened in June 2019 is starting to raise eyebrows on how the management of the Telco is fairing.
Since the death of Bob Collymore, there has been curious happenings at Safaricom.
Is this the beginning of the end for Safaricom?
