This morning, residents of Kahawa West took to the streets to protest the poor state of roads in the area.
The peaceful protest momentarily brought transport and businesses in the area to a complete halt.
Residents accused local leaders of ignoring their constant calls for the maintanance of the main and feeder roads in the area and were, therefore, forced to hit the streets.
