Let me give you a break down.
Let’s start with Wandia Gichuru, well, she is the bad brother in the series “Tyrant” Her word is Gospel and dare you not question her authority or else you will find yourself out of the door. When she walks in the office, you can tell how uncomfortable the place is and the kind of fear that her employees are in when she walks in, She yells at her employees, insults them and embarrasses them in front of everyone, one time she told an employee ”Handle those clothes well that’s what feeds your family”

Well let’s just say Stephen Nderitu is Wandia’s little bitch, Wandia says jump, he asks how high?
Let’s not forget how he acts as if Vivo Woman is his mother’s company, mistreating employees, threatening them, treating people like trash, Most of the times he is in charge coz Wandia is always out of the country leaving him with these other asshole patrick the HR in charge. These two hypocrites.

The big bad wolf, Don’t forget he is a man of God, emphasis on “man of God” yet his actions betray him, This baboon, he either has no clue about HR policies or just acts on what MD wannabe (Stephen) and Tyrant Wandia says. He fires people depending on the mood he wakes up in, literally…no warnings, No sit downs , no nothing is followed, you just wake up one day and your job is over.
Let’s not forget the Evil bitch Ebby Gatamu who was the marketing manager, who recently resigned and later they assigned Edna who has no idea what marketing is about just like Ebby, Incompetent people.. she(Ebby) was always on everyone’s business, made people’s lives miserable at Vivo and made over 3 employees resign.

She was a sales consultant, whatever that is, whose contract wasn’t renewed, she was also another ticking bomb, serves her right that her contact was not renewed karma is a bitch, Stephen and Patrick your time is coming as well, Nothing goes unpunished in this world.
Now let’s get on the employees that got laid off without Notice, Steffany, who barely worked for 3 months, can you imagine she had to train an intern who later replaced her, she was told on her last day of probation that her services were no longer needed, not due to anything she had done but because she simply asked for a JD and a salary Increase, because she was being overworked.
Sally went on leave and she got an email thanking her for her services and telling her, her contract was not going to be renewed, She also trained the person who replaced her.
Evans, head of E commerce, He was going to renew his contract and was told his services were not be needed anymore; same trend with Rehema, Head of fashion and design, who was hired and fired before her probation ended.
Nancy and three employees last year Betty, Winnie and A warehouse person resigned because they were so frustrated by Wandia mistreating them.
The list is so long if I go into details it might take me the whole day. Also I would like to keep my job before am also fired without notice.
