Blogger and Kileleshwa MCA Robert Alai has claimed that President William Ruto’s appointed Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Public Service, Gender and Affirmative action is a Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) operative.
Veronica Mueni Nduva who has been a topic of discussion on social media is yet to respond. According to Alai, she has been operating from the US embassy in Nairobi as the Key CIA agent.
According to her LinkedIn profile, Veronica Nduva identifies herself as a Senior Advisor at, U.S. Embassy in Nairobi a role she has served since the year 2014. She is not specific on what type of advice she offers the US Embassy.
She also served as the Deputy Director- of the Committee of Experts on Constitutional Review in the year 2009.
Not much is known about CIA covert operations in Kenya but a recent report linked the agency to extrajudicial Killings in Kenya.
“Unconstitutional killings” include a family man wrongly slain due to mistaken identity, and allegations a terror suspect was summarily executed.” Read the widely circulated report.
