Royal Mabati is a mabati or iron sheet manufacturing company based in Kenya. Over the few years, it appears the company has gone rogue going by the many unattended to complaints online.
The complaints are many such that if you search the words “royal mabati’, you wouldn’t miss them.
The customer care of the firm appears dysfunctional as no complaint is dealt with to completion; Royal Mabati has become disloyal to clients. Below are some of what clients wrote about the firm over the years:
To start with, the complaints range from,

In September 2019, the firm’s MD Moses Ikinya Kang’arua was in court to answer to charges of Ksh900 million tax evasion. He was released on Ksh3 million bond.
The firm is fraudulent engages in PR and silencing of criticism online: It is easy to take client’s money, then not delivering iron sheets.
