Just days after rogue Kenyan marketing agency Hue Experiential was exposed on cnyakundi.com for failing to pay a group of ladies who worked as brand ambassadors during a four-month project in conjunction with Unilever Kenya, more victims of the company’s cruelty reached out to this site’s Chief Editor through his official Facebook Page and asked that their plight be highlighted.
“Hi Nyakundi, I am hoping you could help us out.
My friends and I have worked for this agency Hue Experiential for 3 months now. Life was good at first but in February, mashida zikaanza. Delayed allowances, delayed pay but tukavumilia hadi March.
Kufika April bado they hadn’t payed us and now we are in mid-May and nothing yet. We’ve tried begging but they won’t reason with us, in any case if you try and say anything you’re fired.
Most of us have kids and this the only source of income we depend on and they are all silent and if they say anything it’s just giving us false hopes.
Please help us in any way you can. I heard you highlighted the Royco Project group’s predicaments under the same company. Ours might not be as bad as theirs but still they’ve still inconvenienced us alot.
Thanks in advance.”
