Robson Harris and Co Advocates filed an application on April 2015 seeking to set aside the afore-stated ex parte orders for reasons that the widow had not been served with the application leading up to the issuance of the impugned orders and consequently had not been given the opportunity to defend herself!
Geoffery Asanyo has employed various tactics to bully and scare the lady including instances where people have been following her, and sending threats that must be investigated.
Pangani police station has also come under the spotlight as they are being used to execute many of these cartel obtained court orders. This is not the first we are exposing this rogue police stations for working with cartels in land-fraud cases.
