Over twenty (21) Employees have recorded statements at DCI over procurement fraud.
Investigations still ongoing.
One Galm Rogicha Guyo is the Manager, Levy Administration. He was a bad hire for the job with no idea what he was employed for three years into service. He has been nicknamed a mortician because he heads a critical unit which is on its death-bed.
