The Member of Parliament (MP) for Nyaribari Masaba Mr. Ezekiel Machogu Ombaki is accused of grabbing a piece of land in Kisii at Mwembe.

This guy is grabbing a piece of land at Kisii Mwembe.
The plot belongs to the “card” system but he made a fake title deed and he grabbing it.
Today, we obtained the map of all the plots in Mwembe section on your way to Kisii University Main campus.
The map clearly shows all the plots under the “card” system and it happens that the one whose title he created is the only one with the said title.
He can’t even bring forth whoever sold it to him. See the attached picture below.
The guy with the white hair is from the county government lands registry. And the guy in leather jacket is the lands surveyor.
They have all been HEAVILY BRIBED to write a false report to favor the MP even when physical identification clearly revealed that the land title deed number they have doesn’t even exist on the ground.
Instead it show a neighbouring property that is several metres from the property in question. The land surveyor was so arrogant to answer questions asked by neighbours.
Clearly, they have been bribed to present a false report to the court.
At first, even the guy with the white hair didn’t want to show the people the map.
But after a long argument he showed it to the people and that’s when we had a chance to takes pictures of it.
