Hey Nyakundi,
First I would like to thank you for exposing the issues at Blowplast Limited.
Thank you for helping us, and doing the “tenda wema nenda zako” God always bless he who does good to others.
There’s another thing that happened, a lady reported for night-shift at Blowplast and later informed her supervisor that she was wasn’t feeling well only to be told it was a must that she works that night.
Her condition worsened as the night progressed and she fell unconsciousness at some point in the night; till today, it’s a month now she hasn’t recovered.
There was another guy whose fingers were severed by a machine at work, help for him came after about an hour where the manager of Indian descent spoke nonsense when he came that “mnaninyima usingizi” because he was called to come to the company to come and help.
A third issue is of some ladies who were sacked for being pregnant. After this the company sternly warned that ladies should not fall pregnant.
There are many ill at this company, but staff feel like there’s no one to tell them about it.
We hope that your blog will make a difference
Thank you.
