An outraged netizen has urged city residents to avoid seeking services at Super Shine Detailing Center – located in Westlands, Nairobi – after its attendants reportedly damaged his vehicle and failed to notify him of the unfortunate incident.
To make matters worse, they then began repairs on the car and even replaced the broken headlight with an old one, without asking for his consent.
Conveying his displeasure through a Monday night post, the Twitter user identified as “Mogere” (@krissmoo) revealed that when the owner of the premises was confronted with explaining the circumstances of the event, he turned extremely arrogant and vulgar.
“Avoid Westlands Supershine car wash near Alchemist and next to Apollo Center Westlands.
The purported owner is arrogant and vulgar.
They damaged my car and repaired it without my consent.
He then insulted my mechanic,” he wrote.

A source who witnessed the scene from the Westwood Hotel rooftop, along Eldama Ravine Road, disclosed that car wash attendants rammed the Nissan Bluebird into the rear side of a Toyota Prado TX and immediately started fixing it before the client could return.
“I saw it happening. I was top roof at Westwood building. Your car hit Prado TX from behind. They started fixing it immediately,” reads the tweet.

The victim has now vowed to pursue other legal means to ensure that justice is served and they grant him rightful compensation.
