An activist going by the name Charles Gichuki, who is associated with a website that documents the corruption and looting scandals of the Jubilee regime is currently being arrested by people alleged from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations – DCI.
Charles Gichuki created this website. As we speak, @NPSOfficial_KE & @DCI_Kenya are in his house having gone to arrest him. Solidarity needed.https://t.co/PVSanV6Wog#PoliticalEducationKE

Charles Gichuki @Kibee created this truth telling website that appears to have been taken down. Now the @DCI_Kenya thugs are in his house to arrest him. He and his wife not picking calls.
It all started with this fake "Wanted" poster.https://t.co/6B7c9t34M2#ReleaseChaosKibe! https://t.co/qIo722bPd5 pic.twitter.com/kMr58tBEgG

Earlier in the day, we reported the circulation of a ‘wanted’ poster ostensibly by DCI.
The George Kinoti-led police unit didn’t confirm or deny the poster even though it did not appear on their social media pages as depicted by the ‘screenshot’.
The other guy, Anyona Obutu, wrote to DCI about 3 hours ago asking them to clarify the poster but by the time of going to press, they hadn’t responded.
Dear @DCI_Kenya I’m writing to inquire about the authenticity of this. Someone maybe trying to tarnish my name. I’m getting calls from worried relatives. Been through your TL 100 times can’t see this tweet. pic.twitter.com/H1PrdRhp0G
