I’m a worker in cloud factory Kenya.
Most of what has been said there is true.
And to add to that the year 2018 they were hiring permanent workers.
A while before when the wazungu were managing, the contract workers used to be given the first priority and promoted, but the last major hiring the greedy Africans brought in their families and friends who were hired while the contract workers were told that hiring had stopped.
Kindly ensure this company is investigated. The wazungu know nothing about everything happening at the ground as they trusted these Kenyans to manage their own well, little did they know they were opening doors for greedy to oppress their own as they think of themselves and how they can get more coins in their pockets.
