Jared Othieno, General Manager Paul Ngungi and HR Irene Onyambu.
Staff that have left the organization have not been able to transfer their pension to their new nominated pension schemes due to the fact Jared, Irene and Paul want to loot these funds.

The GDC staff retirement benefits scheme trustees have been on a one-week expedition for member education and awareness in readiness for an AGM to be held on 11th November 2022.
From our interviews with the trustees and service providers, it’s clear money has been lost and they are barely selling hot air to us.
We understand two trustees recorded statements at the DCI in the month of July.
During the member education, one trustee stated “MEMBERS PRAY FOR US”.
It is evident that their lives are in danger.
Shame on you Engineer Jared Othieno why do you want to take the lives of innocent souls?
All the whistle-blowers on pension matters have met the wrath of the corrupt Eng Jared Othieno in different measures.
Our pension data from the former Administrator have not been provided.
The Administrator now has reserved Sh36million to cater for historical losses from our last year’s profits.
We ask:
1. Did the former Administrator have an Indemnity cover with our Trustees?
2. If YES, then why then take our profits to cater past losses?
3. Why is the RBA not taking action are they an accomplice?
4. Why are our trustees not going to the Arbitrator to report RBA?
5. DCI how far are you in investigations, last time a former trustee indicated DCI ni watu kama sisi na wako na njaa; an exposé this channel did 2 months ago. Is that statement true based on your inaction to make arrests?
6. Why has Eng Jared Othieno delayed in payment of money he has deducted? He is denying us interest. Jared if you cannot timely remit give us the complete basic we remit for ourselves. We suspect you are using and getting interest with our money.
7. Jared if all is well in the scheme why are you harassing whistle-blowers are you protecting the thieves that bring food to your table?
Recently, through HR you sent us the whistle-blowing policy immediately after harassing all our whistleblowers.
We are not Kids my friend. The writing is on the wall.
Mr President Sir, you promised that when you put down the Bible, you will finish all the corrupt individuals in this country.
Kindly send the new DCI Boss to the GDC Pension scheme and by extension GDC CEO.
We shall go empty-handed these people are thirsty and out to drain our sweat and blood.
The corruption at GDC is rotten, the web is engraved.
The Chairman Board of Trustees, Paul Ngugi, is working with his girlfriend at RBA to suppress investigations on matters under investigation.
Mr President, we believe and count on you to save our pension from the jaws of Eng. Jared Othieno and his team.
To our trustees fighting for a good course, we shall continually pray for you.
Be very careful, the money involved is a lot, you said over Sh3bn in cash, be careful, and watch out for your movements.
From what we gathered, you are sitting on a time bomb.
Those people can do anything to walk away and have no witness in the end.
From the member education, we are now certain Jared and the Trustees who absconded the member education are gambling and feasting on our pension.
GM HR Irene Onyambu, kindly explain to us why you delay remitting our contributions while your gratuity is paid timely.
Madam GM you are the employer, quit trusteeship.
I regret ever voting for you.
You compelled us to vote for you by giving us Sh1,000 to give your agents our login credentials.
I regret I sold my future for Sh1,000.
Members, Trustees and by extension my dependents FORGIVE ME for selling our future to the highest bidder.
Paul Ngugi and Irene Onyambu what are you doing in the Board of Trustees knowing very well you are conflicted and dishonest?
Your gratuity is paid timely and here you refuse to remit timely to our pension. We are losing interest.
Trustees Kindly advise us in the AGM if RBA charges penalties and if there are any that have been paid so far.
Eng Jared Othieno, in the History of GDC CEOs you shall go down as the worst CEO on record.

Our fear today is some RBA staff are on the payslips of our corrupt GDC Management.
Does the RBA and the Arbitrator have a whistle-blowing portal for members in the event we want to complain about the scheme?
