Former GEMS CEO and now the new CEO of Aga Khan Education Services Kenya Sukwinder Bassi has fired innocent teachers of Aga Khan Primary Mombasa for what he claimed to be conducting private tuition to pupils away from the school.
In cahoot with the incompetent headteacher Mrs Inviolata Wanyonyi, Mr Bassi first suspended these upper primary teachers and when parents held a demonstration in school he quickly slashed the primary school fees by 40% which tamed the anger of the parents. Without giving these teachers any room for explaining themselves he sacked them in a typical racist manner which is the behaviour of Asians and how they hate native Kenyans.
These 7 teachers were the main engine of class 7 and class 8. The school has not enough teachers and currently, the lessons of these teachers have been taken by below-par class 4 and 5 teachers who have no experience to teach class 8.
A section of parents now have vowed to write a petition to the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Labour to demand the reinstatement of these teachers because their unprocedural and racist style of sacking will lead to poor performance in a school that is already lagging behind and struggling in academic performance due to poor management by Mrs Wanyonyi.
Since the incompetent Mrs Wanyonyi took over, the school has been performing poorly every year with the mean score dropping despite parents paying a lot of fees and the Aga Foundation pumping money for education resources.

Parents are also planning to demonstrate and eject Mrs Wanyonyi for falsifying reports about the 7 teachers in a bid to win favours from the new corrupt CEO Bassi.
Clueless and cunning Mrs Wanyonyi who reports teachers to corrupt Bassi for favours, does not want parents to engage teachers for private tuition or do other side hustles in their homes.
On the other hand Aga Khan Secondary School Mombasa is also on its deathbed due to poor management by its feminist old principal Mrs Stella Chitechi who fled Nyabururu Girls due to poor perfomance and poor working relations with her colleagues.
It is sad to note two former giants of Mombasa education sector succumb to its deathbed because of being led by retarded women who are interested in higher perks instead of performance.
If the management of these two schools are not overhauled, they will die a natural death and parents will take away their children.

“This is Sukhwinder’s bribe to parents to avoid demonstration and expose his racist style of management”, said a parent.
