On Monday morning, pupils from St. Teresa Girls Primary School brought traffic to a standstill as they took to the streets to protest over poor road safety.
This was after one of their own was knocked down by a speeding vehicle and the brave young kids took to the streets accompanied by their teachers with a strong message to the Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) to erect speed bumps on the stretch near their school in order to prevent future accidents.
