A video of small children who look highly intoxicated on an unknown substance in a blue jug has surfaced online.
The children believed to be from Kenya’s Kisii County judging by the voices in the background were are seen heavily drunk with some even unable to get up from the ground.
The online community now seeks more details on the disturbing video and want to know whether adults were behind the wicked act.
