A Nairobi lady has become the latest trending topic on social media after she sent out a distress call on Thursday night announcing she was stuck in an eatery within the city.
Through her Twitter page, Sandra Wahiga asked netizens for help in getting her out of the washrooms at Pepino’s Pizza Kimathi Street where she had been mistakenly locked up by staff.
“Anyone who follows me, I need your help. I am locked in at an eatery along Moi Avenue, Pepinos Pizza, at Chicken House along with Kimathi Street CBD. I was in the ladies when they locked up. Which was an hour ago. Please retweet to help me get to the manager or owners,” she wrote in one of her posts.
This was followed up by a video in which she explained how she ended up in the situation.
Apparently, when she tried reaching out to the available staff for help, she was informed that only two Pepinos Pizza employees possess the keys to their Kimathi Street washrooms and both of them had gone home.
“Nilikuwa hapa as a client, went to the ladies, and unfortunately wamenifungia ndani…” she says in the clip.
Please retweet or help me reach out to someone who can help pic.twitter.com/oVXO9cQ7Ao
