CAPTION: Vimal Shah who flagrantly abuses Kenyan laws, is the chief advisor to President Uhuru Kenyatta on matters of the economy. No wonder many companies have been shutting down.
The CEO of Bidco Group Vimal Shah, who also doubles up as a Chairperson of the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA), which is an assembly of corrupt corporates, is under the spotlight again for gross malpractice and violation of Kenyan laws, with the confidence that the entire country’s machinery including the misguided and alcoholic President is in his pocket.
Bidco Kenya Limited is a company accused of gross violations of Kenyan laws, and it’s workers strike almost every month, but the news never gets to the mainstream media because journalists and editors are bribed to black it out.
Speculation has been rife that Vimal Shah employs Indians straight from his home-country, without the necessary paperwork and qualifications, giving them jobs that Kenyans could execute flawlessly.
Reports reaching our newsdesk indicate that BIDCO United a club playing in the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Division 1 League had two Nigerian players who were busted with illegal Kenyan ID’s by Immigration. Reports say that the team and even the Federation’s President Nick Mwendwa knew they were foreigners without work permits, but money was said to have exchanged hands. The Nigerian duo are in Industrial Area Remand Prison waiting to be deported after serving a sentence – having failed to pay the fine.
CAPTION: Vimal Shah doing Yoga with Sports Cabinet Secretary Hassan Wario. It is said that the CS was aware that Bidco United was fielding illegal immigrants, but was bribed to ignore.
Nick Mwendwa aka “Sauti Sol” is the squeaky-speaking clown, who has been bribing journalists like Mike Okinyi of Citizen TV for favourable coverage. He ruined Kenya’s chances of beating Guinea Bissau, by fielding players from his own Kariobangi Sharks team, and later insulted our intelligence by claiming that the costly error was part of his grand-plan to help kenya qualify for the World Cup in 2022.
The corrupt Vimal Shah even after using the players for his team’s gain, could not even dare pay a fine for them. Such a heartless moron.
Meanwhile the Labour and Social Departmental Committee of the Kenya National Assembly was convening a meeting with Kiambu MP Jude Njomo as regards to Labour Laws and Tax Evasion by Bidco Group Limited. Parliament is probing the constant social media complaints against Vimal Shah, who is accused of deriving his massive wealth from tax-evasion, and bribing journalists like Larry Madowo to claim he’s the Forbes richest man in Africa.
