Thank you giving a voice to a number of us being manipulated and mistreated by the so-called media famous Entrepreneur, Life Coach & Mentor – Wandia Gichuru who does not give a damn about her employees who make her 5million shillings in a single day as she enjoys her fake interviews, holidays and numerous TOY BOYZ.
Along her she has puppets who action her mistreat whenever and however she wants. They all act as if they are in a competition of who is going to be named the next CEO in the company.
Stephen Neritu, Head of Finance & Operations.
He mistreats everyone in the company, from his direct juniors to even the tea ladies and cleaners, Wandia has made him feel like he is the second in charge and he in turn let’s you know that you can take him nowhere. He steals from employees salaries leave alone withholding employees dues without no apparent reason. He at times pretends to have forgotten to pay your salary (or part of your salary) and shamelessly goes ahead to tell you to wait till the end of the following month for you to get the compensation difference
Patrick Matere, HR Manager.
Not a single description of him in all previous mails to yourself is wrong. He is simply Wandia’s puppet who does not even have a single quality of a Human Resource Manager. He will act without investigation or due diligence and not even care as long as he has his job intact. He does not accord employees with Job Descriptions, neither are there any KPI’s in place to measure your performance but he will sit you down in the boardroom and fire you on ground that you are not performing on your job. He will not even offer you a performance improvement plan but as long as your manager does not like you or he does not like you, YOU ARE FIRED.
Edna Maritim, Marketing Manager.
She is the best depict of a teacher pleaser, she does nothing that is not aimed at impressing Wandia and in turn what do you expect from Wandia being the feminist that she is? Edna is quick to get rid of anyone who intimidates her in her job. She slanders people in the Manager’s meetings and even recommends that they get fired…again, all for no reason. Once she puts your name on Wandia’s radar, you are as good as jobless in no time.
The mistreatment in Vivo is not only with contracted employees, it stretches as far and wide as Suppliers and Consultants. The models are always following up and begging for their payment. Not forgetting they are not paid equally yet they do the same job, they model the same clothes and work equal hours at a given photoshoot yet one is paid 20,000ksh and the other is paid 5,000ksh
We just want people out there to know what kind of a company Vivo Woman is and if you are considering to work there, you are in for one hell of a ride. I hope Nancy will get due justice and I wish her all the best with her son.
