Hi Nyakundi, these people stole our laptops at Palmers Hotel in Kisumu.
Theft happened on 13th May 2019 and case was reported to DCIO Kisumu the same evening under OB-93/13/05/2019.
The old guy in spects with a shoulder bag is a hotel guest. He was next to my room and as I was closing my door, he followed me and went out then the thieves came. Just to be clear, he is not one of them.
