Am writing to expose the shame at Mandera County Office of registration of Births and Deaths.
They advertised for data entry clerks vacancy to digitize the records and one of the requirements is that the clerks must come with his/her laptop.
How on earth can someone use his laptop for government work?
This is very shameful and should be brought to the attention of the Interior Cabinet secretary Fred Matiang’i.
Is corruption the only department that is working in this government?
