A social media user has requested Kenyan netizens to circulate a video and help to identify members of a group of thugs who were captured on CCTV as they broke into an apartment in Kasarani and stole laptops, cameras and other accessories.
Through a widely shared post on Twitter, Jamlick Kyallo revealed that the victim was one of his friends who was out of town for a photography gig when the sad incident occurred.
“One of my friends alitokwa laptops, cameras na camera accessories huko Kasa na hawa magaidi. Luckily they were captured on camera and matter reported to Kasarani Police station. Kama unatambua hizi sura kindly help my friend get his gadgets back.
My friend was out of town for a photography gig. Gang leader akitoka alafu akaita his crew wakakuja wakabeba Mali. The clips have been trimmed cos this whole thing took over 20mins. Their faces can be clearly seen.” he wrote.
