A member of the public has sent CNYAKUNDI.COM a video showing two Nairobi water vendors fetching possibly contaminated water from an open trench.
The two men appear bend down at the bottom of the trench and fetch the water in a huge container and then transfer it into the waiting jerricans on their “mkokoteni”.
The contaminated water is later sold to unsuspecting customers who unknowingly consume it.
