Bipin Mawjee’s is the owner of travellers forex and Purple Haze Kilimani and was at one time accused of using the court process to usurp his brother’s share of the property by separating his older brother Harish and his family from his widowed mother.
In September last year, Bipin Mawjee’ advertised his house on Pam Golding and moved to Australia after a litany of scandals emerged.
He was disposing of the house at a price of Ksh 120,000,000 which is crazy but tells a story on how some of these real-estate companies are being used to do money-laundering.
Meanwhile, Jayshree Mawjee’s brother, Jitu Soni, has become India’s most wanted fugitive with over 65 criminal cases lodged against him.
The police in India have offered a huge financial reward for anyone with information on him and have imprisoned his son. His crimes include ring leading a prostitution racket where around 70 women, including minors, were held captive and forced to work.
He made videos of the prostitutes and their high profile clients to blackmail and extort money from them and their families. He also sold some of the contents to illegal adult sites.
Word has it, that Jitu Soni is hiding out here with his equally criminally-minded sister, Jayshree Mawjee, in Khingo Village Kitisuru!
Why do all the Indian cartels love to find a new home in Kenya? The authorities should act and do something about them. Most Indian fugitives end up in Mombasa.
