Fly 540 CEO Don Smith who runs his collapsing company with an iron fist and would rather risk lives and make money than comply with aviation safety guidelines is now after Blogger Cyprian Nyakundi.
This Blog usually receives many useless demand letters from ambulance chasers like Mungu, Kimetto & Company Advocates that is now representing the Mzungu that should have been deported a long time ago.
Usually, these ambulance chasers have bookmarked this site, and activated alerts to all our posts, in order to contact the cartels we expose promising them legal redress yet all these guys are striving to make money, as the exposed guys suffer.
Mostly, many issues we raise just need clarifications by the exposed companies but in most cases, company legal crooks collude with rogue ambulance chasers to make a killing.
It is normally not our position to address law firms that extort corporates and individuals, lying to them that they can solve their problems and finish me because Nyakundi has nothing to lose. He is not answerable to any power, and only seeks to inform Kenyans about information sent to him anonymously.
But for the people this website has exposed, they are answerable to their shareholders, to the regulators, to the laws of the land, to their clients and to posterity. Rushing to court to fight the truth isnt reality; it’s escapism.
One way or another, the truth eventually comes out.
A perfect example is Safaricom Limited where Stephen Chege – Chief Corporate Affairs Officer has colluded with law firms to make a killing off Cyprian Nyakundi cases. Usually, Chege ensures even simple complaints like Safaricom stealing from Kenyans through Cheza games are taken to court in order for him to get a share of the corruption legal commission.
Back to Don Smith,
The editor of this site had received complaints from a couple of staff working at the Fly 540 owned airline, Fly Sax.
The employees tipped me that they have not been paid for the past four months.
Others say that they received termination letters without due process.
We’ve previously highlighted that Fly Sax is run like a dilapidated matatu where spare parts and servicing of planes is a toll order.
We showcased how Fly 540/Sax likes taking short cuts in terms of servicing their aircrafts, read below.
This was revealed after a Fly Sax light aircraft that flew the Kitale – Nairobi route hit a hill-side at at Njambini area, Aberdare ranges killing all 10 people on board.
The government has never formed a commission of inquiry to investigate the air accident that dented credibility and safety of Kenya’s airspace.
White Supremacists like Don Smith, the CEO of Fly 540 doesn’t care about some Africans dying.
He doesn’t count the human cost.
He doesn’t care that those people who died were breadwinners, uncles, fathers, aunts.
Now his ideology has made him fire staff without notice and to delay their salaries for three months.
Those who were fired have also not received their dues.
We received the following information:
Staff one
