This is an institute full of scandals.
We received some damning information concerning the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM), in our ongoing expose’s of rogue institutions of higher learning.
We appealed to the public to send us information about mismanagement of universities and colleges so that we can highlight and help spearhead change in these important institutions that our economy and public discourse is shaped by.
We need quality population which seeks after quality governance, transparency and above all an end to corruption.
It is amust that we have an all-inclusive society where humanity is regained and respected.

I wish to bring to your attention the rot in the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM), an institution posing as a management leader but in it resides pathetic rot that Kenyan population ought to know.
KIM pays not its staff,
Murithi Ndegwa is a corrupt pig out to use learned population of lectures and other staff members . I have particularly been working at one of KIM branches since January with not even a single penny being paid to me.
Some of my colleagues work as part-time lecturers, some committed to the institution full time have gone without a pay for over 7 months.
KIM lures young learned people into their trick by promising permanent employment by first offering them what they draft as temporary contract only for them to go unpaid for months. It’s a trick they have mastered and once one attempts to request for payment, they go to past sent CVs and another unsuspecting person is called to fill the position.

This is the worst swindling game and impunity so to say from an institution bragging to be a management mentor.

You are one of those true loving sons of Kenya and we must stand tall to reclaim our country from bandits like Murithi Ndegwa and company. It’s unacceptable to lure vulnerable innocent people to work only to get zero pay at the end.
KIM’s issued with KRA, is a story for another day, first let’s address this.
