The Orange Democratic Movement has officially sent a response to Kipchumba Murkomen and his two clients Aisha Jumwa and Suleiman Dori following their “appeal” against the party’s decision to expel the two.
1. My clients Hon.Aisha Jumwa & Hon.Suleiman Dori have appealed against the decision of ODM NEC to expel them from party. In line with the ODM Constitution,we look forward to the day we shall appear before the Party’s Governing Council ….. pic.twitter.com/CPCwkMbWHB

2.A strong democratic nation depends on among others vibrant internal democracy in political parties with the patience to entertain constructive criticism.Unfortunately ODM accused, charged&convicted my clients of nonexistent crimes. The purported expulsion is null&void ab initio.. pic.twitter.com/VZzTTO1Ktw

In their response, ODM have heavily embarrassed Murkomen and his clients by making it clear that there is no mechanism of appeal the decision of the party’s NEC to the NCG.
The letter further went on to school Mr Murkomen and his clients and advised them to familiarize themselves with the party’s constitution to avoid such “ignorant misapprehensions” in future.
