We have made it our priority to detach ourselves from the ways of our elders. They are of no inspiration to us, and are the cause of all our current suffering. Any old man that you spot liaising with a young girl with a sexual objectives doesn’t deserve your respect fellow Kenyans. He deserves the wrath that we’re currently meting at Chris Kirubi, the bi-sexual investor who uses the most uncouth means to maintain dominance and polish his image as a “Forbes Billionaire.”
This article which is one of many will seek to debunk the myth that Kirubi is a genius. He’s simply a corrupt extortionist, no different from Uhuru Kenyatta and his Jubilee cabal of thieves.
He claims to be a billionaire businessman and industrialist, boasting of diverse interests in the economy. He talks big, and waxes lyrical about his wealth. Of late, he has morphed into a philanthropist, mentoring youth. He has also acquired a tag of Kenya’s Hugh Hefner, likened to the American porn-industry operator, because of his promiscuous tendencies.
But here is the short of all that bullshit. Chris Kirubi’s rise to fame was simply looting Kenya’s flagship taxi company KENATCO, which is now under receivership. He also brought down East Africa’s success story Uchumi Supermarkets, and left it for the dead.
From his windfall, Chris Kirubi made two strategic acquisitions; Bendor Coffee Estate owned by Kenyatta-era MP George Mwichigi, and Capital FM, owned by Linda Holt, whose drug habit was beginning to eat into the radio station’s working capital.
In the 2007-2008, a young ambitious girl by the name of Muthoni Ndonga created the Blankets & Wine concept, where fans would attend a concert with their own alcohol and ofcourse a blanket to sit on. The idea picked up like a tornado in the Texas desert, and within a short while, Blankets and Wine became a movement.
Corporates started falling over themselves to identify with young, upwardly mobile fans, with corporates like Kenya Airways, Kenya Commercial Bank sponsoring the event. Ofcourse Capital FM offered sponsorship inform of “free publicity” and their rhetoric is the usual “we will use our station to hype your event” bait which naive Muthoni fell for.
And for a while, Blankets & Wine seemed unstoppable, cruising at 30,000ft and hosting top performers.
Muda si Muda, and the Octogenerian investor wanted in. He literally blackmailed poor Muthoni Ndonga to either give him a controlling stake in Blankets & Wine, or he would use his media influence and corporate strength to destroy the event. Ms. Ndonga called his bluff and it was an all-out war. Poor girl could not stand the pressure. Corporate Nairobi who we have mentioned severally is controlled by cliques that either bribed or fucked their way into top positions, and being that Hugh Hefner is rumored to be “bi”, we hear many men running key positions in corporates are his so-called “bitches.”
Slowly, Blankets & Wine started being edged out and deleted from the memories of Kenyans, with Muthoni Ndonga’s enemies and haters gangin up with the Kirubi-sycophants to destroy her precious baby.

The ground was now ripe for Capital FM to launch a new event which they christened “Koroga Festival” that has turned out to be one Kirubi expo. His companies are exclusively allowed to showcase their products, and senior staff from his empire built with dirty-money use it for team-building. To the naked eye, and to those that may have not had the privilege of a functional Internet connection, the move seems like a “genius” by Kenya‘s Hugh Hefner.
But what future does it hold when media houses like Capital FM engage in businesses which aren’t their specialty? How will indigenous promoters grow if Nairobi events are sponsored based on who has a gay-relationship with Kenya‘s Hugh Hefner Chris Kirubi? We don’t want to name “Kirubi-bitches” now, because some have families and children, but if you continue operating the corporate cartels that we have outlined above, be sure that your wife will know that you are Kirubi’s bitch.
This weekend, Koroga will be hosting “has-been” Congolese musician Koffi Olomide, and ofcourse the older generations will be ecstatic. However as you’re there pretending to mingle with the Nairobi wannabe’s, always remember that a young girl somewhere had her idea hijacked simply because of saying no to bullying and bull-dozing by a larger-than-life corrupt octegenaria, who seems to have the Government, Embassies & diplomatic missions plus all gay corporate managers at his beck and call. Almost like how Beyond Zero was stolen from a young girl Erica Njeri Gachoka. Corporate malaise in Nairobi at its best.
