A staffer who sought anonymity has blown the whistle on the abuse of office for self-benefit by a rogue procurement officer at the State Department for Culture and Heritage, which falls under the Sports Ministry.
The officer in question – one Madam Joyce N Ala – is accused of running a money-making scheme where drivers working in the department are forced to fuel their vehicles at a specific petrol station linked to her.

There’s this procurement officer at the State Department for Culture and Heritage who has turned the department’s vehicles to her own cars.
Drivers wanaambiwa wafuel magari zao pale Shell kwa Attendant Specific, then the madam anawatumia pesa via M-Pesa.
