The self-styled NRMKe General Dr. Miguna Miguna yesterday released his party’s manifesto.
The Manifesto of Kenya Revolutionary Front (KRF) startes by decrying the wasted years since independence.
‘More than half a century after Kenya was freed from colonialism, the promised liberation, return of land that had been occupied by the British and dignity of the people remain vague illusions for the vast majority of its citizens’, the manifesto begins.
Miguna who was allied to National Super Alliance (NASA) coalition during the last general election in 2017, was kidnapped and deported immediately after administering a mock presidential oathing for the Opposition leader Raila Odinga, on 30th January, 2019.
Odinga who was sworn in as the people president, later changed tune and joined Uhuru in march 2019, on what would birth the Building Bridges Inititative (BBI), to chart a course for the new Kenya.
Miguna disagreed and thus his woes were exacerbated, the state, in KANU-era style, sedated and deported Miguna to a country, not of his origin, in total disregard of numerous court orders.
Miguna remains the sole force against the tyranny of the murderous Jubilee regime led by UhuRuto (Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto) and as the manifesto states in its opening, the ‘deeply choreographed ethnic rivalries’, is being exploited by the elite ‘who have looted most natural resources especially productive public and community land and who have hoarded an immense wealth acquired from the public purse for their personal benefits’.
Kenya’s rich people who mostly happen to be those from the political class have mastered the art of primitive accumulation of wealth.
Primitive accumulation of wealth is when people become rich, through no technological innovation or innovation whatsoever, due to looting of public coffers.
They do this because the PEOPLE have allowed them.
People are oppressed and violated in many ways, and the siege mentality borne in them makes them, submit to their tribal gods and thus don’t question anything wrong that their tribesmen ‘in power’ is doing.
The KRF – movement, pegs its manifesto on integrity and commitment for the public good; a transformative agenda through people driven ideas, policies and programs.
Of all the Kenyan politicians, Miguna has been consistent at about 95% of the time (not based on any scientific estimation).
The manifesto end s by calling on the Kenyan to ‘get out” and ‘mobilise’. Get out of your houses and mobilise.
‘If each one of us mobilises 100 people, we will reach one million within days!…and we will be fully liberated’, it states
The manifesto, however calls for peaceful protests.
cnyakundi.com asks
Will the people heed the call this time?
