In a discussion started by Makueni Senator Mutula Kilonzo, Kenyans are now asking questions on Safaricom’s CCTV cameras scam.
The senator expressed his surprise that none of the cameras installed within the city managed to catch the terrorists’ movement before the unfortunate attack this past week.
What followed was a huge number of concerned Kenyans demanding answers from the Kenyan telecommunications company which was tasked with putting the cameras in place.

Those cctv work when the police decide they work. When it's a petty thief they can trace so fast. When it's Jacob juma, Musando murderers, terrorists etc they never seem to have the entire footage

Yes,if CCTV's were installed in Nairobi, why should it not be told where the terrorist drove from, since they had a car

On this I concur counsel, we need to know what is the value of our money used in putting up all those cameras….or are they just ornamental

London and UK in general have made great use of CCTV,this double no plate of terrorist would have been pick long ago by cameras if seriousness was engaged
