Nominated Nairobi MCA Ann Catherine Akinyi knocked a pedestrian by the name Willis Gathua on Taifa road causing him bodily harm.
The matter was reported to the police but since then, she has been ignoring calls from Willis and the insurance hasn’t compensated him.
MCA Akinyi is trying to cover up the matter by involving a police officer from another station.
The Nairobi County Assembly Clerk is also involved in the cover up.
Here is the complaint as received.
Hi Cyprian,
Please expose this issue for me.
Attached are the accident abstract and p3 forms after the accident.
To my surprise Nairobi City County Assembly tried to say the vehicle is co-registered with the MCA but after doing my homework the vehicle at KRA states it belongs to Nairobi County Assembly.
Also attached is the letter claiming that the vehicle is co-registered according Nairobi County Assembly but not KRA.
Attached is the picture of the MCA who knocked me.
The statement she gave is not the truth of what happened. She even involved a police officer, whom the area where the accident happened is not under his jurisdiction. The accident happened on Taifa road under central police station why should an officer from Kilimani be involved?
The MCA is known as Hon Ann Catherine Akinyi, her Facebook account is Catherine Omondi.
The nature of my injury is Grievous Harm.
Something is not ok because the county assembly wrote a letter to insurance on 18th march, two months after accident.
She has since blacklisted my calls, she is a nominated MCA.
How long will this go on?
