This is to expose Mr. Wellington Otiende working as an auditor at Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
He managed to be elected as a chairman to the board of management of Mwalimu Sacco.
Out of the five members of the board, 4 are his tribemates, he has managed to use the board to loot Mwalimu Sacco.
Members have no say completely.

Gifts and favors
He has mismanaged the Sacco, dishing out monies to buy allegiance and favors.
He gave his girlfriend a loan of Sh10 million. The girlfriend works at Mwalimu Sacco, Machakos Branch. She never repaid the loan.
Mr Wellington also owns a Prado TX number plate KCZ 463N, a vehicle worth more than Sh6 million using Sacco funds.

Bragging
Wellington has severally been quoted bragging about how he’s equal status with the Chief executive officer T.S.C, the corrupt Nancy Macharia; this is something which has made him loot the Sacco more so as to fit in the CEO’s life status.
He is planning to cling to the post of Mwalimu Sacco Chairman by bribing some of the members vote him back during the forthcoming elections, yet he has attained retirement age.
He wants to contravene the Sacco bylaws.
I am a concerned member who has decided to expose this scandal and save the Sacco from being looted by one Wellington Otiende in collusion with current treasurer.

Members want Mr wellington Otiende to be immediately investigated.
The executive of the Sacco is also not innocent, they must all be brought to book.
