This Viraji Millennium in Kileleshwa are a law unto themselves. They lock houses when they feel like, cut water and electricity despite the tenant not owing on this utility bills.
All rent has to be paid in cash, receipts issued without revenue stamps. They do not accept company cheques, bankers cheque.
