The group of disgruntled technicians raised concerns over a myriad of long-running issues like mistreatment, tribalism, and nepotism which they blamed as a major impediment to smooth service delivery.
One of the sections adversely mentioned was the Human Resource Department where HR Manager Dickson Nyambori was and is still accused of practicing open bias toward members of his community who are often rewarded with promotions and salary increments.
The more witnesses have sprung out, the clearer the sad state of affairs at AutoXpress becomes.
In recent days, the hopes for a turnaround of events have been rising at the leading importer and distributor of car parts.
The suppressed employees who have suffered in silence for many years have gathered the courage to stand up against the company.
In the latest submission below, another source within the company not only confirmed the evils earlier reported but also opened up on the disturbing issue of race-based discrimination said to be perpetrated by Asian officials at the company.
This has led to a host of disparities, especially in the salary department where native workers are poorly paid compared to their lower-ranking Asian counterparts.
“Hi, Nyakundi,
AutoXpress is indeed a company filled with dictators.
An uneducated and unreasonable toxic management.
I have personally been abused, threatened, and manipulated for a number of years in the so-called “giant company” as a workshop.
We are forced to be humble since we don’t have another job apart from this.
We survive on salary advances and yet we have families and bills to pay and the same company does not appreciate the hard work the workshop technicians are doing.
African Branch managers are never paid the same as the Asians who are not even educated.
I regret working in AutoXpress because of the corrupt management.
Nyakundi I am someone with legit academic certificates but I am treated as a class 8 dropout.
I’m glad through you we are able now to express the mistreatment, racism, tribalism, and hatred that the employees are silently going through every single day of their lives.
Nyakundi, please tupiganie sisi wanyonge.
God bless you for the great work you do of bringing out the truth.
It’s time to make things right at AutoXpress, let there be justice and equality kwa kila mtu.
Watu walipwe kulingana na kazi anafanya sio rangi.
Kirat, Rakesh, na Nyambori should stop dictatorship in AutoXpress.
We are all humans and deserve to be treated equally and with respect.
